Our story began in Ottawa in 2011. Today, Noura’s Jewellery is both a place to buy and sell gold and a place where skilled goldsmiths work on jewellery inside the shop. That combination connects your buying, selling and repair questions with hands-on knowledge of the pieces themselves.

The owner of Noura’s Jewellery is a working goldsmith with 27 years of experience.

Elias brings that background to a shop where jewellery buying, selling and repair work are connected by the same craft. Noura’s is not only a retail destination: its in-store workshop is part of how we care for the pieces people bring to us.

Whether you visit with a piece you no longer wear, a repair request or an idea for something personal, the starting point is a conversation about the actual jewellery and what you want to do next.

Our goldsmiths repair gold jewellery inside Noura’s Jewellery in Ottawa, working with care and a love of their craft. Every piece has its own construction, materials and meaning; we treat it as an individual repair, not simply another job.

Before work begins, we discuss the proposed repair, estimate and timing. The right approach depends on the piece, the work needed and available parts — not an automatic price or a promise made before assessment.
