How do I pay for an online order?

By Interac e-Transfer to info@nouras.ca, in Canadian dollars, within 48 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.

Do you ship?

Yes. Shipping within Canada is free and insured. You can also pick up your order at our shop in Alta Vista Plaza.

Can I return a piece?

Most items can be returned within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee; some items, such as resized or engraved pieces and bullion, are final sale. See shipping and returns.
